Case Management

Our case management services include service planning, monitoring, and evaluation. The goal of this service is to provide wraparound services for consumers in need of additional supports beyond behavioral and mental health services.

Mentoring

Our mentorship program connects skilled professionals with individuals who desire the same skills. We provide a supportive learning relationship between our professional mentors and mentees with the intent to challenge, inspire, and transform every participant.

Workforce Readiness

The workforce readiness program was created to prepare individuals for job placement by providing interview prep, resume building, attire consulting, and job placement. Our team will support your job search from beginning to end.
